Gluten free good and bad

i have been getting really bad cramps and other forms of symptoms of gluten intolerance for quite a while and i went to the doctors about a year ago now about this and was told to see how i go then six months ago i was told to leave it out of my diet all together being at uni and near temptations i couldn't but over the past 4 months i have left it out and have been feeling so much better and the odd occasions i eat it the issue just happens to come back again its hard wen i was so used to my old diet of being able to eat what i want when i want but i have found replacements that are amazing and i cant even tell the difference between gluten free and non gluten free which is amazing.

the only issues i have been facing is the financial side of things it is more than double the amount for gluten free food as non gluten free food and it is hard for us students but it needs to be don't however i feel over time i will manage a budget and will be able to buy things more suited. i love the cookies and also i have found cake mixtures in which i have tried and they are amazing over the next few months i am going to be doing a few food reviews to help other people with finding good food in which is tasty cheap and amazing for dietary needs.

if anyone has any questions or wants me to try anything let me know i hope this will help many people also i made a gluten free cheesecake in which i will also do a blog post on would love to have your support thank you everyone

  2. 3 of my sisters have a gluten intolerance and one of my sisters had to go complete Paleo. I hope it gets better but how we eat affects our health. Keep at it.
